TERMS & CONDITIONS OF VISITING BROOM HALL INN & WEBSITE
Our highest priority is to make your stay or dining experience as enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable as possible.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Guests are welcome to check-in from 3.00pm through to 10.00pm. Guests are required to check-out by 11.00am. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated subject to availability.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Bookings can be made online or through our website. When an -individual or group booking is made directly with us over the phone we will take a deposit from a credit/debit card to secure the booking.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to amend or cancel a booking, please inform Broom Hall Inn at the latest by 10.00am 48 hours prior to the arrival date, or the full room rate will be charged for the first night of your stay. Group bookings will require a longer cancellation period and will be advised at the time of booking.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Please note that rooms booked out of a cancellation policy periods (i.e. less than 48 hours before your stay) are subject to full payment on booking and are non-refundable.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS
A minimum of 2 nights are required when booking a self-catering cottage.

LOST KEYS
A charge of £50 will be taken in the event of a lost key. This covers the change of lock, key fob and the cost of a new key.

DAMAGES
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage done to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.

SMOKING
All bedrooms are non-smoking, as are the indoor public areas. We reserve the right to charge £100 if this is not observed.

LOST PROPERTY
We are more than happy to post any lost items subject to the cost of postage. We reserve the right to donate any lost property items to charity if items are unclaimed 2 weeks from the stay.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome throughout the Inn. We have limited rooms that can accommodate smaller children. We can provide a travel cot (infant)or a put-up bed (child under the age of 10) a fee of £15 per night subject to availability.

DOGS
Dogs are welcome in the bar area and any outside seating area. Please supervise your pet at all times.
